Supreme Court Sets Aside J&K HC Order, Rules J&K Has No Vestige of Sovereignty Outside Constitution - (19 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court, while setting aside Jammu & Kashmir High Court's view with respect to Parliament’s legislative power, has said that J&K has no vestige of sovereignty outside Constitution of India.
