Uttarakhand High Court Directs State Government to Grant 180 Days Maternity Leave to Women Employees - (16 Dec 2016)

Uttarakhand High Court has directed State Government to grant 180 days (six months) of maternity leave to women employees working on regular, contractual, or ad hoc basis.
