Bombay HC Rejects Bail Plea of Navi Mumbai’s Creche Owner - (16 Dec 2016)

Bombay HC, while calling it unfortunate that State Government had failed to rein in untrained people running creches without abiding by rules and regulations, has refused to grant anticipatory bail to owner of a creche in Navi Mumbai where a 10-month-old was allegedly assaulted.
