Madras HC Dismisses PIL Challenging Vires of Demonetisation Notification - (16 Dec 2016)

Madras High Court has dismissed a PIL seeking a direction to Union Government to declare Notification on demonetisation as illegal and ultra vires to provisions of Reserve Bank of India Act.
