Supreme Court Puts on Hold Delhi HC Order on Unitech Compromise Meets with Homebuyers - (15 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court has stayed Delhi High Court order, which had directed realty firm Unitech to hold meetings with home buyers and opening escrow accounts for completion of delayed projects.
