Supreme Court: Don’t Use Pellet Guns Indiscriminately in Jammu & Kashmir - (15 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court, while observing that pellet guns should not be used indiscriminately for controlling protests in J&K, has declined to grant a stay on its use without vetting a report being prepared by Ministry of Home Affairs.
