Bombay High Court Rejects Habeas Corpus Plea By Chhagan Bhujbal - (14 Dec 2016)

Bombay High Court has dismissed Habeas Corpus plea filed by Former Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Chhagan Bhujbal alleging that his arrest by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case was illegal.
