Gujarat HC Puts on Hold NGT’s Order Penalizing Centre, State, WIL for Green Norms Violation - (14 Dec 2016)

Gujarat High Court has stayed an order passed by National Green Tribunal (NGT) by which it imposed a penalty of Rs 50,000 each on seven departments of Centre and State Government and Welspun Industries Ltd. (WIL) for Green Norms Violation.
