Allahabad HC Rejects Plea to Quash Land Acquisition Notification for Noida Underpass - (14 Dec 2016)

Allahabad High Court has refused to quash a Land Acquisition Notification issued by State Government for construction of an underpass on bypass connecting Noida to Delhi.
