NGT Bans Mechanical Sand Mining in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh - (13 Dec 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governments to ensure that there is no mechanical sand mining on riverbeds in States.
