Supreme Court Refuses to Stay NGT Order on Lake Buffer Zone - (09 Dec 2016)

SC has declined to stay an order of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) that increased the buffer zone around lakes in Bengaluru from 30 metres to 75 metres.
