SC: CBI Duty-Bound to Probe Seized Hindalco Diary - (08 Sep 2015)

SC has sought fresh status report by CBI stating as to why it had decided not to register cases under Prevention of Corruption Act based on facts of diary seized during CBI raids on Aditya Birla Group's Hindalco in connection with alleged irregular allotment of Talabira-II coal block.
