Delhi HC Questions Centre’s Move of Not Fixing MRPs of Coronary Stents - (08 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has asked Centre as to why Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of coronary stents, used to treat narrowed or weakened arteries in heart, has not been fixed despite these devices being included in National Essential List of Medicines (NLEM).
