Karnataka HC Refrains Transport Department from Taking Coercive Action Against Taxi Aggregators - (08 Dec 2016)

Karnataka High Court has directed Transport Department Authorities not to take any coercive action against All-India Tourist Taxi Operators under Karnataka On-demand Transportation Technology Aggregators Rules, 2016.
