Karnataka HC Rejects Plea Challenging Caps on Withdrawal Limit - (07 Dec 2016)

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a batch of petitions filed by a number of Co-operative Societies wherein they had challenged clause in Demonetisation Notification restricting weekly withdrawal limit to Rs 24,000.
