Supreme Court Rules ‘Horse Racing per se is Not Cruelty’ - (07 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court, while issuing notice to Rajasthan Government on a petition challenging a High Court order banning tonga races in State, has said that, horse racing per se is not cruelty.
