Bombay HC: ‘Schools Are Not Commercial Venture’ - (06 Dec 2016)

Bombay High Court, while chiding a Navi Mumbai school for refusing to admit poor students in its pre-primary section under Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act unless Government reimburses their fees, has said a school is not a commercial venture.
