Bombay HC Slams Maharashtra Police over Custodial Deaths & Tampering Evidence Related Thereto - (06 Dec 2016)

Bombay HC, while making sharp observation on increasing deaths of detainees in the Police Custody in Maharashtra, has observed that whereas police were expected to ensure safety of those in its custody, there ‘commonly seen’ cases of police violating this principle.
