Punjab & Haryana HC Directs Haryana Government to Furnish Year-wise EDC Collection Info - (06 Dec 2016)

Punjab and Haryana High Court, while taking serious note of non-utilisation of External Development Charges (EDC) collected from Gurgaon over years, has directed Haryana Government to submit year-wise details regarding EDC collection.
