Delhi HC Seeks Government Reply over Plea Against Keeping Egg-Laying Hens in Wired Cages - (06 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has sought response of Centre, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Andhra Pradesh Governments on PILs against keeping egg-laying hens in small wired cages that allege it amounts to “extreme cruelty”.
