Punjab and Haryana HC Slams UGC over Financial Crisis at Panjab University - (05 Dec 2016)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has pulled up University Grants Commission (UGC) after noticing that it was trying to pass buck to Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) with regard to financial crunch being faced by the Panjab University.
