Bombay HC Slams State for Failure to Create Conducive Environment for Specially-Abled Students - (05 Dec 2016)

Bombay High Court has rapped State Government and a Private School for their failure to create a conducive environment for specially-abled students under provisions of Right to Education Act (RTE).
