Delhi HC: Government Under No Obligation to Raise Dispute with Foreign Nation Qua Private Claim - (05 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has said that Government of India is under no obligation to raise a dispute with a Foreign Government qua the private claim of its citizens.
