Bombay HC Quashes FIR Against Shoe Manufacturer for Hurting Religious Sentiments - (02 Dec 2016)

Bombay High Court has quashed an FIR registered against a shoe manufacturer for allegedly hurting religious sentiments of a minority community observing that no case was made out against him.
