Supreme Court: "We Do Not Want Politics to Shift to Courts" - (02 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court, while hearing arguments on whether a political party can file and pursue a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), has observed that, "We do not want politics to shift to Courts".
