Madras HC Rejects Habeas Corpus Petition of Woman Claiming Child’s Custody - (30 Nov 2016)

Madras HC, while slamming parents of 14 year old girl, who was abandoned by her father soon after her birth, for laying a claim over her, has ordered that they could not be given custody if child was unwilling to live with them.
