Bombay HC Sentences Six Persons in 1992 Multi-Crore Harshad Mehta’s Scam - (30 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court, while sentencing six persons, including Sudhir Mehta, brother of late Harshad Mehta, alleged brain behind the 1992 multi-crore securities scam, has rejected their plea for leniency, saying that none of them spent even a day in jail in this case.
