Delhi HC Asks Ex-Ranbaxy Promoter to Submit Asset Declaration within 3 Days - (29 Nov 2016)

Delhi High Court has questioned Former Ranbaxy promoter Shivinder Singh and other respondents about asset declarations that were to be made, in relation to ongoing enforcement proceedings to realise a Rs 2,562-crore Singapore Arbitration Award in favour of Japanese pharma major, Daiichi Ltd.
