Madras HC Rejects Petition to Recover Antique Idols Stolen from Temple - (29 Nov 2016)

Madras High Court, while refusing to entertain a petition seeking direction to Authorities to take appropriate steps to recover antique idols allegedly stolen from temples in State, has held that it is duty of State Government to bring back such idols.
