Delhi HC Says,” Attitude Towards Women: Sea Change in Mindset Needed” - (08 Sep 2015)

Delhi HC while expressing anguish over “vile views” aired by “people well-placed in society” about rape victims,has said there is need for “sea change in the medieval mindsets” of people with regard to their attitude towards women and slammed Govt. for not indulging “big actors” to create awareness.
