CIC: Records of Loans to Adani Groups Cannot be Disclosed under RTI - (28 Nov 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has held that records related to loans given to industries promoted by Gautam Adani cannot be disclosed as these are held by State Bank of India in fiduciary capacity and involve commercial confidence.
