NGT: Litigants Must Submit Documents in English, Prohibits Use of Hindi Language - (28 Nov 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT), while prohibiting use of Hindi during its proceedings, has made it clear that a litigant, who appears before it as party-in-person, must submit documents in English only.
