Delhi HC: ICC Not to Presume Guilt of Sexual Harassment Accused, Until Proved Guilty - (28 Nov 2016)

Delhi High Court has said that Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is meant to tackle sexual harassment at workplace and help affected women, not to tarnish reputation of an accused until proven guilty.
