Bombay HC Seeks Centre’s Reply over Plea to Enhance Compensation to 26/11 Victims - (25 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court has asked Union Government for its response to a 2014 order to frame a policy to enhance compensation given to terror attack victims and their kin.
