Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s Reply Over MPs, MLAs Participation in Poll Campaigns - (24 Nov 2016)

Delhi High Court has sought Centre’s response on a plea that sitting Members of Parliament and Legislative Assemblies should not participate in poll campaigns for their parties.
