Kerala HC Notices Ex-CM Achuthanandan over Plea Challenging his Appointment as KARC’s Chief - (24 Nov 2016)

Kerala High Court has ordered issue of notice to Former Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan on a PIL challenging his appointment as chairman of Kerala Administrative Reforms Commission (KARC).
