Madras HC Sets Aside Order Removing Leader of Opposition’s PA - (24 Nov 2016)

Madras High Court has set aside an order of Assembly Secretary removing a Deputy Secretary-level officer who was appointed as Special Personal Assistant of DMK Treasurer and Leader of Opposition M K Stalin.
