Supreme Court Refuses to Stay Transfer of Cases Relating Demonetization of Rs 500 & Rs 1000 Notes - (23 Nov 2016)

Supreme Court has refused to stay transfer of proceedings against demonetisation of Rs500 and Rs1,000 currency notes across various High Courts in the country.
