Supreme Court Stays Consumer Court Order Penalising Lufthansa - (07 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has stayed a Consumer Court order which had penalized German airline Lufthansa on a business class passenger’s complaint that they misled him by advertising lie-flat seats which weren't actually flat.
