Supreme Court Dismisses IT Department’s Appeal Against RCom - (23 Nov 2016)

Supreme Court has dismissed Income Tax (IT) Department’s appeal seeking to tax proceeds of $1.5-billion Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) issued by Anil Ambani-led Reliance Communications nearly a decade ago.
