Compat Sets Aside CCI’s Order in IATA’s Anti-Competitive Practices Case - (18 Nov 2016)

Competition Appellate Tribunal (Compat) has set aside an order of Competition Commission of India (CCI) in a case of alleged abuse of dominant position and anti-competitive practices by International Air Transport Association (IATA) and its Indian arm.
