Supreme Court Asks Delhi HC to Decide Kejriwal’s Plea in Defamation Case - (18 Nov 2016)

Supreme Court has asked Delhi High Court to decide plea of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeking quashing of defamation case filed against him by Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal's lawyer son Amit Sibal.
