Gujarat HC Upholds Acquittal of 16 Accused In Post-Godhra Riot Case - (18 Nov 2016)

Gujarat High Court has upheld an Anand Court's decision to acquit 16 accused persons in connection with a Post-Godhra riots case, in which these people allegedly torched a hotel on February 28, 2002.
