Hyderabad HC Directs Telangana Government to Compensate Land Losers as per New Act - (17 Nov 2016)

Hyderabad High Court has directed Telangana Government to pay enhanced compensation under new Land Acquisition Act to land losers at Nampally stretch of Metro Rail Project.
