Karnataka HC Dismisses PIL Seeking Ban on Tobacco Products - (16 Nov 2016)

Karnataka High Court has asked Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) to approach State in event of any problem rising in implementation of order dated October 26, issued by State banning all forms of chewing tobacco.
