Bombay HC Allows Bhujbal to Withdraw Plea Challenging Constitutionality of PMLA - (16 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court has allowed NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal and his nephew Sameer to withdraw a petition challenging constitutional validity of certain provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
