NGT Directs CMC to Pay Tipping Fee of Rs 500 per Tonne to Jaypee Group for Garbage Processing - (16 Nov 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Chandigarh Municipal Corporation (CMC) to pay tipping fee of Rs 500 per tonne daily to Jaypee Group, which is company running the only garbage processing plant of city.
