Gujarat HC Rejects Plea Seeking Direction to Furnish Details on Jailbreak under RTI - (15 Nov 2016)

Gujarat High Court has turned down an appeal seeking direction to Chief Information Commissioner to ask Government to furnish details on 2013 jailbreak attempt at Sabarmati Central Jail.
