SC Stays Delhi HC Order that Set Aside Income Tax Penalty on Sahara - (07 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has stayed Delhi High Court order that set aside penalty of Rs.252 crore imposed by Income Tax Department on Sahara firm for violation of tax laws.
