Madras High Court Acquits Couple Accused of Murdering Their Child - (07 Sep 2015)

Madras HC has acquitted conviction and life sentence imposed on a couple accused of murdering their 18-month-old child, on ground that lower court’s decision was fraught with several legal infirmities.
